This policy explains what happens to information you share with TERRANTE through terrantefoods.com. It is intentionally simple and will be expanded as our data practices formalize.
Information you provide to us
The Request a Quote form on this site asks for your full name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination port, product of interest, required volume, preferred packaging and any message you choose to add. We only receive this information if you choose to complete and send the form.
How the quote request form works
This form does not submit your information to a server or database. When you complete it correctly and select send, your own email application opens with a message addressed to exports@terrantefoods.com, pre-filled with the details you entered. You choose whether to review, edit and actually send that message. TERRANTE only receives your information once you send that email yourself, in the same way as any other message sent to our inbox.
How we use information you send us
Information you send us by email — whether through the quote request form or directly — is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential commercial relationship, and, where a relationship is established, to manage that relationship. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to describe what is used and why.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information you send us is used internally by TERRANTE to manage your inquiry and is shared only where necessary to do so — for example with a team member handling logistics for a specific request.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us for as long as it is relevant to your inquiry or an ongoing commercial relationship, or as required by applicable law, and no longer than necessary beyond that.
