Quality starts before harvest, in how a relationship with a grower is set up, and continues through selection, handling and shipping. TERRANTE's internal standards prioritize consistency and careful handling over shortcuts, at every stage we control.
Traceability, in practice
TERRANTE's traceability framework is structured to connect each shipment back to its origin — from farm-level records through to export documentation. Specific detail for a given program is confirmed with buyers as part of the quotation process.
Working with growers
TERRANTE is built on direct, ongoing relationships with growers rather than one-off purchases. Consistent quality and reliable traceability come from relationships that last beyond a single harvest.
Certifications
Certification and compliance documentation is developed and published as each commercial program requires it, and shared with buyers as part of the qualification process.
What buyers can ask for
Depending on the product and the shipment, buyers can request supporting documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, phytosanitary certificates and lot-level records. Availability and format for a specific order are confirmed at the time of quoting.
